Delivery Times
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday, UK time) will be processed starting on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

After placing an order, we take up to 3 business days to process and prepare it for shipment.
Once your order has been processed, it is shipped. Delivery then takes an average of 8–12 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Most orders are processed within approximately 12 hours of purchase.

As a thank-you to our customers, we cover the standard shipping and delivery costs on all orders.
